Charges laid in Suspicious Death in Moose Jaw

The Moose Jaw Police Service have determined that the deceased males death was a homicide. A 25 year old male was found with a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Two people have been arrested and charged with manslaughter, careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and breach of one or more court orders.

A 28 year old male will be appearing in court this morning, Friday, April 1st.

A 25 year old female who was arrested late last night will be appearing in court by Monday, April 4th.

The investigation also led to the recovery of the firearm used in the offense. The deceased and the two charged were all known to each other. This incident is not gang related.
