Regina women found safe after abduction investigation

Saskatchewan RCMP say 30-year-old Stephanie Bruch and 29-year-old Kelly Baht were found sortly after 9:00 a.m. Monday morning walking along Highway 35 south of Bankend, Saskatchewan, North of Fort Qu'appelle.


The two were the subject of a extensive search that began early Sunday morning after police believed Baht may have abducted the woman from her home in Melville, Saskatchewan.

There is no word if Baht has been arrested or not.

RCMP say the investigation is ongoing and updates will be provided when they are available.

Bankend is about 160 kilometres northeast of Regina.
