Lloydminster, SK – Saskatchewan’s newest millionaire, Jeffery Stepaniuk, from Regina, Saskatchewan, hit big on the Smoke Signals jackpot early morning Sunday, September 17, winning a total of $1,490,640.58. Stepaniuk won the Smoke Signals top tier progressive jackpot at SIGA’s Gold Horse Casino, located in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.
He was awarded his winnings in an official cheque presentation ceremony at Gold Horse Casino on Thursday, September 21, 2023, by members of SIGA management.
