Moosomin and Broadview RCMP detachments are asking the public to keep an eye out for two vehicles involved in an incident in the RM of Martin (Northeast of Wapella). A dark grey Chev Duramax with Ontario plate BX77927 and a white GMC/Chev truck with an unknown Manitoba plate. The dark grey truck is very dirty and has damage to the head lights and fog lights. The white truck will have damage to the driver's side front quarter panel.
DO NOT APPROACH these vehicles as they intentionally rammed a civilian vehicle.
Vehcles last seen west bound of Wapella on the #1 Highway. Officers are in the area and believe suspect vehicles have turned off the #1 highway. Picture of suspect vehicles are attached. If you see either of these vehicles, call 310-RCMP or 911 in an emergency.
Grey Chev Duramax has a white/rusty slip tank in the bed of truck.
White Chev/GMC truck has Manitoba plate R 16928. Whereabouts still unknown.
The two most recent photos were taken from the Moosomin Tim Hortons at 7:42 a.m. If the public has any information or camera footage from this time and/or afterward, please contact either the Moosomin or Broadview RCMP.
The white GMC has been ditched by the suspects and set on fire near Whitewood. The suspects are now believed to be travelling in a stolen black Ford F-350. The vehicle is believed to be driven my a male described as tall, slim, with blonde hair. Please call the RCMP immediately if you see this vehicle. 696-5200. Do Not Approach this vehicle.
